Really enjoy watching the focus of the game being on the gun fight vs. the perfect utility and strat execution. People today LOVE to cream themselves while telling other people about how much of a tactical, team-based game counter-strike is. Sure, it IS that, but it's also this: shooting your opponent before they shoot you. The game would benefit from a significant reduction in utility availability/usage.

They absolutely ruined this game

Amazing, they are playing for timelimit, instead of maxrounds. At first I thought, that it is still the warmup :D Otoh, I know this format existed very early on. Imo it is quite good, and it should be available for fun matchmaking at least.

I swear cyber cafes and lan parties where the best gaming times. The overwhelming feeling when walking into a cyber with your buds and +20 machines were playing Cs, the growing community of the place, some doritos and coke and you were ready to spend +4 hours playing. Good times.
